It’s a slimy sewer. Archie has sunk into a sludge can of trouble. The Gigger has put him in the green goop. Hiding out seems to be good advice according to the Dodger.

The Greenbog Frog Gigger has to blame someone for his sewer dunking. If the Dodger helps Archie out of the sludge, they could both end up in a big hole.
Archie is in the goop. The Dodger has a lot of mending to do, assuming that the professor is in the right state of mind. 🙂
