Any resemblance of Gung Fu to Ming The Merciless is totally not by coincidence. As a kid, Alex Raymond’s comics were some of my favorites plus I loved the Universal serials of Flash Gordon. I used to sit about 3 feet in front of the TV screen and pretend I was flying a rocket ship while watching them.
This theater always puts on a first rate production. Nice work on the new set and props, as well as the casting. Yeah, Dr. Beauregard is in just the right role. My compliments to the director! 😉
