Nice one, J.P. I like the flow of this comic. You have a knack for taking serious subject matter and relating it in a fun way without offending people. Good work
Thanks Tim,
Poor Dalton is on a pretty rough roller coaster ride, somedays he is confused, somedays he’s angry but most days he’s just trying to get by with a little help from his friends.
Ditto…agree with Vinnie…er Tim. haha
Thanks Bearman,
This is a tale of perspective. Nothing helps a critter to have more clarity about life than the potential to lose it. To be or not to be is certainly in question.
I wouldn’t be too concerned about your fingers, but they might take an arm and a leg! This is good stuff, J.P.! Love your warm characters.
Thanks Mark,
I appreciate your comments. I don’t think a cartoonist / writer can receive a much higher complement than to have their audience accept their characters as being alive.
What do you mean “as being alive”. Are you tellin’ me these people ain’t real?
You are doing a great job with a difficult subject.
Even though I have never had cancer I have learned in dealing with heart attacks and congestive heart failure that every day is a treasure and that we should get all the good we can out of it.
Getting to know you and the other great people on the web has helped me to do that.
Thanks Bo, I hope this story will continue to be inspirational to all.
