Here are a couple of recent sketches of Bentley that I’m working on for future comic strips.
His personality is starting to develop nicely and I’m beginning to have fun drawing him.

Greatings, Amazing! Not clear for me, how offen you updating Bug Pudding.
Bug Pudding is updated with a new comic strip every Tuesday and Thursday. I’ll also post blog style articles occasionally on other days of the week or the weekend. I hope you’ll keep checking back for them. Thanks.
These are great! What sort of pencil/brush is that? I’ve never seen that before…
Thanks for stopping by and for the kind words. I’m a big fan of your comic (Edmund Finney’s Quest to Find the Meaning of Life) and read it regularly. I’m glad you liked the sketches. I hope you also like the comic itself.
As to the pencil in the photo, it is a 2mm Faber Castell TK 9400 clutch pencil. This type of pencil is often referred to as a ‘drafting lead holder’. I use mostly colored leads non-photo blue or pale green for sketching. The leads are Turquoise brand so they are similar to Prismacolor pencils or Col-erase colored pencils. I have used them for years. They are easy to keep sharpened and for the environmentally conscious I suppose they are a “green” alternative to using wooden pencils.
