You have to be careful what you say sometimes because people might actually take you at your words. After all we are sure to find out who is our real friend when we have an itch that needs scratching in an unpleasant and unreachable place. See you again on Thursday.

Jerry,
Bung Blisters and crotch crickets definitely made me smile and start to itch simultaneously. Two quick notes, since you’re introducing “Clive” as a new character, there’s an opportunity to use his name in the dialogue… second where’s your fancy-schmancy J.P. Keslensky signature? Every cartoonist signs his work. or initials even!
Bill
I developed a rash myself just from drawing this comic, there must be some psychological link associated with thinking about poison ivy. So I may need to move my drawing board so that I can work on the next strip while soaking in a tub filled with oatmeal.
Thanks for the heads-up about character name intros, I tend to think of the text transcripts as part of the comic and the character names get exposed there, but I also need to work them into the actual strip dialogue.
I’ll also have to remember to include a signature of some sort. So much to learn so little time.
