In a ballot boxing match there comes a time to solidly cast your vote. Next Tuesday is election day and as suggested Monroe is ready to “rock” the vote, literally. There will be a big surprise for old Bucksnort and maybe one or two other surprises for you.

Can’t totally promise if the outcome will be as good as I plan for it to be, but I’m going to do my best. Tuesday is scheduled to wrap up this story line and a completely new story is suppose to start on Thursday, so I’m under the gun to make Tuesday’s comic an extra special doozie. Self inflicted deadlines are pressure filled ways to boost creativity or make the artist crazy or both.

I have ask myself several times before about what strange dark corner of my mind created Rockford. He’s much more than just a talking rock, he’s mischievous and at the same time he’s an adventurous soul who is willing to put himself in the middle of a bad situation. He’s probably also misunderstood probably because after all he is a rock and not a regular critter.
