Monroe has started down the not so yellow brick road. After all this is a fantasy, so starting out on a new venture with a song seems so appropriate. Like they say, please don’t pay any attention to the man behind the curtain, particularly if it’s a voting booth.

Judy Garland would have loved Bug Pudding- The man behind the curtain made my day today. I also got an eMail today with some news I’ve waited YEARS to hear! (Melissa says “It’s about time!”)
Marty,
There is a little bit of Judy Garland in all of us, but there is more than just a little of bit her in Monroe. He’s a song and dance turtle from way back. I expect he will be dusting off his tap shoes soon if he gets roped into running for political office. It takes light feet to do the Potomac Two-Step. As always, thanks for the encouragement both for the comic and other projects.
Sometimes you really have to reach for that rhyming word. Great art.
It’s a lot of work to do a comic in this style so it’s always nice to hear that it’s appreciated. Fortunately for Monroe, it’s easier to rhyme with “snail” than “orange”.
