Everyone in our family is a big Mythbusters fan, so today’s comic is a shout out to Adam, Jamie and the gang. Their show is a constant source of inspiration for any cartoonist. It doesn’t matter if they prove or disprove the myth as long as they can crash or blow-up something, everyone has a good time. Obviously Rockford is a big fan of the show too. I’ll see you back here on Tuesday and hopefully Monroe has a good stunt double, because that drop is a doozie.

Today’s strip is a big tip of my baseball cap to one of my all time heroes Chuck Jones and a shout out to my long time collaborative partner Marty Bish. Monroe is dropping everything to get away from the evil of Dr. “B”. Unfortunately, much as in real life, some nightmares just won’t go away so easily. A trip to the neighborhood Waffle House never seemed like a better idea. Making the choice between eating hash browns or becoming them is not a tough decision. On Tuesday, our rescue team will need to re-group and come up with a plan of attack or perhaps Monroe has the right idea. In either case, toss another burger on the grill because it should be fun to watch.
